One of the loveliest places to visit if you are looking for some “me” time is Rancho La Puerta, in Tecate, Mexico. I have been lucky enough to teach there since 2019. I will be one of a handful of presenters offering workshops, which in addition to the fitness, hiking, spa, and gorgeous food, make it certain that you will have a wonderful time.
