The darker days of winter can take away some of your sparkle. Learn which herbs and foods can nurture a sunshiny feeling when the temperatures dip and the skies are gray. You will learn creative ways to use herbs in food and remedies including lemon balm, St. John's wort, holy basil, and motherwort. Recipes, demonstrations, and discussion are included.
This class will be taught online via Zoom. All registrations must be submitted online two days before your class starts. Registered students will receive login instructions one day in advance.
