Spring presents an excellent opportunity to clear out winter’s “cobwebs” and prepare for a fresh season. Learn about herbal remedies, bitters, and lymphatics, and which ones will best serve you as you clean out your digestive system. Discuss the tools that can build your body’s resistance to environmental irritants, such as spring allergies, including which herbs to reach for when symptoms need to be soothed. Recipes and demonstrations are included. This class will be taught online via Zoom. All registrations must be submitted online two days before your class starts. Registered students will receive login instructions one day in advance.
